This Man Made a Custom Go-Kart to Ride Abandoned Railroad Tracks!

This is a mind boggling group of people messing around with their uniquely crafted go-kart conformed to manage abandoned railroad tracks. It is a creative way to pass the time for the people who have what it takes to make their own karts. Called “rail riding”, they are riding on what used to be the Eagle Mountain Railroad arranged in the Chocolate Mountains just east of the Salton Sea in the California desert.The Eagle Mountain Railroad was controlled by Kaiser Steel Corporation and is a 51 mile branch line that served their iron mines. It was finished in 1948 and pulled iron mineral until it got shut down in 1986.
